Woman stops on the road and rescues a dog during a snowstorm

Kristin Salinas was shopping for her family. She came across a puppy that was about to freeze on the way home. Kristin, an animal enthusiast, didn’t think twice before coming up with a plan to save a sad puppy that needed help.

Since the animal is terrified, she is extremely cautious. The dog wouldn’t allow anyone to get close to him, making the rescue difficult. Kristin thus used the tortillas she had just bought at the supermarket to get him into the car and rescue him.

The woman created a tortilla path for the dog to follow to her car, but the dog was still suspicious of her. Despite the heavy snowfall, Kristin refused to give up; she wanted to save him as much as she could, so she tried to entice him with tortillas for over half an hour.

After waiting a while, the terrified labrador approached Kristin’s car and got into the back seat.

“The dogs don’t know what’s going on, so we’re trying to help,” Christine told Fox San Antonio. “I hope people will take the time to help animals in distress. “

The woman claimed that she had no idea that she was being filmed, although her only significant purpose was to save as many dogs as possible. She also informed local reporters that this is not the first time she has saved a dog in need, as she often assists abandoned animals on the streets.

The woman took the puppy home and did everything to keep him warm so that he could get a good night’s sleep.

The goal is for the dog to be reunited with his family if he has one, but if this doesn’t happen for some reason, he will be adopted by a loving family.
