They saved 526 dogs from a monster. A year later? I can’t stop smiling!

Last summer Victoria Stilwell helped lead an operation that resulted in the bursting of a huge puppy mill that has been in operation since the 1980s. When all was said and done, about 526 dogs were taken from gruesome mill conditions, dogs were taken to a local animal shelter in an attempt to obtain a home for each of these tender and loving puppies.

Fortunately, the whole community showed up on adoption day, and all dogs ended up finding a special place to live! To make things even more amazing, the monster in charge of the mill was found guilty of 25 counts of animal cruelty and were sentenced to 25 years in prison.

While most stories end here, this incredible rescue is even more exciting. One year after the rescue, the owners of the loving babies gathered for a special party to honor all who helped save these beautiful lives!

Each animal deserves to live in a house where its human beings give love and respect that they deserve!

Please SHARE this rescue if you think all dogs deserve a home.
