Shot 17 times during pregnancy, today she is a happy dog who teaches everyone to forgive

Maggie is a dog who was shot not once, but 17 times! But her sad story is a great source of inspiration to the world, and her message is truly moving.

Animals are love in its purest form. This is why we should strive to give back to them, as much as possible, all that they selflessly give us. We could safely say that many of us do not deserve dogs!

There are millions of poor people who suffer unfair treatment by “people” who enjoy inflicting harm on the most vulnerable four-legged angels. The complaint towards animals has an infinite number of modalities and a silent ally: little punishment by the authorities.

It’s about an innocent five-year-old dog that was found in Lebanon on the verge of death after being abandoned to her own devices in the middle of the street after receiving 17 bullet wounds.

Maggie was pregnant and very afraid.

His injured little body had several fractures and he had lost his sight. His condition was so delicate that it was impossible to save his babies. How sad!

But although her heart was broken from so much injury and mistreatment, she took it upon herself to show her rescuers that she was a true being of light who came into the world to leave an indelible mark.

The heroes of the Wild At Heart Foundation have staked everything on her, changing her story forever.

The foundation spread Maggie’s sad past on social media in hopes of touching a heart.

The effect was immediate and it didn’t take long for this beautiful dog to take her dream home.

Maggie, a true survivor, has attracted nearly 500,000 followers from around the world to her Instagram account. It was Kasey Carlin, a true animal lover, and rescuer, who brought her home to Brighton, England, to personally take care of her recovery.

“A person in Lebanon posted asking for help. My mother saw Maggie’s post and said we needed to save her. I came home, saw the picture and didn’t hesitate.” Kasey said.

In her new life in London, Maggie has become a therapy dog, visiting hospitals and universities with Kasey, spreading positive energy and showing that life is not a bed of roses, but must be faced with courage and determination.

She tries to convince everyone to choose to always be nice.

“What Maggie went through was horrible, but if her story can educate and inspire others to do good, at least we will have done our part to make this world a little better.” Kasey said.

He may not have eyes or ears, but he is the happiest being in the universe.

He lives with his beautiful sisters Mishka and Millie, whom he adores

No one can believe that from his terrible experience in Lebanon, after 17 attempts to end his life, he now runs free and happy in England, inspiring so many.

In a final video, her owner noted, “Yes, Maggie had her struggles, but without them, she never would have traveled to England and become the wonderful dog you know and love today. Of course, I wish she had never suffered the way she did, and I am heartbroken that I wasn’t there for her during the hard times, but I am very honored to be her humane caregiver now“.

It’s a difficult experience to really take care of our animals. They don’t stay that long, so cherish those moments and take this as a sign to give your furry one a hug right now,” she concluded.

Fortunately, this sweet dog found the loving home he always deserved, where he discovered the gentle side of humans.

You can follow her inspiring story on her Instagram account and thus take her valuable message to the whole world.

It is an inspiring story of courage and love for life thanks to this wonderful dog who continues to spread so much good wherever she goes.
